Found Something That Needs Fixing?

If you have spotted something broken within a communal area (such as the grounds, or a communal area of Simon House or Padua House), or are concerned about anti-social behaviour, you can report the issue via FixFlo, the repair report system.

Reporting something is very simple; you select the genre of the issue, and write the details. If you leave your contact details, you are given an update when someone has been to look at the issue.

In some cases, your concern may be best placed directly with our property management company, EWS. This will include cases where you wish to ask the Committee of Directors approval for something related to a covenant.
